MEININGER Hotels is looking for an Accountant Cash management (f/m/d) to join our team for 12 months!

YOUR TASKS

  • Execute payments for the Meininger Group and manage customer deposits and refunds through the SIHOT hotel software.
  • Book all business transactions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP and prepare intercompany transactions.
  • Set up daily payments in banking software, including manual, batch uploads, and foreign transactions.
  • Perform weekly debiting of distributions from various payment service providers (e.g., credit cards, PayPal).
  • Monitor and reconcile all Meininger Group bank accounts, including balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate month-end closing of accounts and provide support for group and local audits.
  • Supports month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification in Accounting
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an international environment
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures: HGB and IFRS
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel) and ERP software (ideally Dynamics AX or Navision)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Proactive approach and ability to quickly establish yourself in a growing business environment
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and oral), additional languages are an advantage
