THE PROGRAM

You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
You are in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests
You respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services
You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.
You work in a team and in close contact with the other departments (F&B Management, Housekeeping, Service Center)

YOUR PROFILE

You follow a MBO study program in Hotel Management, Front Office, Hospitality or Tourism
You are a EU/EEA passport holder
You are available for an internship for a minimum of 16 weeks
You are flexible and open to different cultures
You speak English well and hospitality is perfectly suited to you
