MEININGER Management Trainee Program offers you a multifaceted insight into the hotel operations of a growing, international hotel chain and is a fast-track development opportunity for you to grow into a supervisory or management role upon successful completion of the program.

THE PROGRAM

Duration: 12 - 18 months
Comprehensive development program incl. core modules Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management
Assignments in the locations across MEININGER
Exciting and challenging projects to implement systems and improve processes
Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path

YOUR PROFILE

Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance
Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
Excellent communication skills
Cultural savvy and international mindset
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills. Additional language skill is an advantage.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for 3 – 6 months assignments to various MEININGER locations
Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
