MEININGER Hotels is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of the Talent Acquisition function and drive end-to-end recruitment for key hires across our European entities. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring a seamless hiring experience while actively shaping our employer brand.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function, managing the full recruitment cycle for key hires across MEININGER’s European entities
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners, including social media, career events, and communication activities to position MEININGER as an employer of choice
  • Oversee recruitment for new hotel openings, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process
  • Collaborate with Regional HR Managers on talent assessment and succession planning to strengthen internal mobility
  • Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally in hospitality or similarly fast-paced environments; European experience is a plus
  • Skilled in selection tools and competency-based interviewing
  • Strong stakeholder management with a customer-centric approach
  • Analytical mindset - able to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills across geographies and cultures
  • Organized and adaptable, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadlines
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
