YOUR TASKS
- You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese / sausage platters, salads etc) & drinks and advise guests on their composition & ingredients
- Responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled
- Ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
- Prepare lunch bags in accordance with the number of order
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
- Calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group dinners
- You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the service sector
- You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
- High service-orientation
- Efficient and structured way of working
- Orderliness and cleanliness
- Good command of English, Danish and any other languages are advantageous
