Join us as a Project Support (m/f/d) and play a key role in advancing IT and change projects! You will provide essential administrative support to the Vice President of Change and Technology, as well as to project managers and their teams, ensuring smooth operations within the Change and Technology department. YOUR TASKS

  • Administer the Change & Technology budget, forecasts, and vendor contracts, including their ongoing maintenance
  • Set up and maintain project files
  • Establish document control procedures
  • Collect actuals data and forecasts; update plans
  • Administer or assist the quality review process and/or audits
  • Produce and maintain budget reports for projects
  • Administer or assist project board meetings and administer the change control procedure
  • Notify holders of any changes to their copies
  • Organize meetings for project and change managers, including producing meeting minutes and managing recordings

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles for IT/Change projects.
  • Good user level of the systems to manage projects such as Excel, Teams, Outlook, Share Point, Project etc.
  • Advanced communication and time-management skills
  • Able to organize your own and other people's work
  • Comfortable with uncertainty. Is happy to progress with before all the facts are know. Can work on assumptions and is not unsettled by change
  • Resilient. Keep going in difficult circumstances and when faced by significant challenges.
  • Pragmatism. Deals with problems in a practical way and it not wholly bound by theory or principles
  • Fluency in English at a professional level
