MEININGER Hotel Group is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager (f/m/d) responsible for 4-6 properties to manage pricing strategies in day-to-day yield operations for group and transient businesses to maximize profitability

YOUR TASKS
- Maximize Revenue and Profitability: You develop and execute strategies to optimize net room revenue, RevPAR, and profits in line with budgeted targets and competitor benchmarks
- Analyse Performance: You monitor daily pick-up trends, implement pricing strategies, and ensure an ideal market mix to enhance performance
- Forecasting and Budgeting: You provide dynamic 12- months' rolling forecast and prepare annual revenue budgets
- Market Monitoring: You monitor events, price trends and demand, identifying high-demand periods as well as the derivation of future sales promotion actions
- Pricing Strategy Development: You define long-term pricing and yielding strategies
- Using Revenue System and Tools: You maximize revenue and market share through the effective use of revenue management system and tools
- Group Contracting Process: You prepare and implement annual group rates and define the group strategies
YOUR PROFILE
- You have minimum 2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience
- You successfully completed a degree in hotel management or similar qualifications
- You have excellent analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching
- You have strong sense of Business Development and you are commercially-minded
- You are highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel and MS Office Skills
- You are capable of prioritizing between revenue-generating actions and time-consuming tasks with low yield impact
